All New Zealand deliveries are sent via NZ Couriers or NZ Post signature required courier (full track and trace courier packs) 

International orders, Please contact us for cost of delivery before ordering. 


International Air

Our standard delivery is via NZ Couriers international air (untracked). A tracked express service is available at an extra charge.  Due to Covid 19 restrictions, there may be a delay in delivery.

Important Note For International Deliveries - import tax / duty, vat, gst

The receiver of the goods is liable for payment of any country import tax/duty, vat, gst at the time of entry into the country of destination We do not accept any responsibility for any taxes or duties charged.

To find out more information about import taxes / duties and vat or gst please contact your local customs office.

We do not ship to PO boxes - Please supply a physical address or shipping will be delayed until a physical address can be obtained.


We stand by the quality of our products. If our products have failed you in any way, please email us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue. 

We are happy to exchange an item to make sure you get the correct size or goods (the goods must be in original condition with the tag still attached). Please include a copy of your packing slip invoice and confirm your return address. Once we receive it from you, we’ll send the correct size at no cost to you.
